It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty H. Batts (Hoover, Alabama), who passed away on November 1, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Batts (Maria) and Larry Batts (Angie); her grandchildren, Beth Ann Lathbury (Jonah), Ashley Batts, Joshua Batts (Rachael), David Batts (Lindsay) and Alison Smolin (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Max, Lexi Lathbury, Donovan Hatcher, Dylan Johnson, Brady, Davis, Carter Batts, Will Batts, Harvey Batts, Sage, Jude and Luna Smolin.
