She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth E. Manskie; and her parents, John Phillips and Elizabeth Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth J. Manskie (Margaret) and Tammy Leong (David); her brother Jack Phillips; and her grandchildren, Mara, Kyra, Max, Krista Manskie, Matthew, Rachel and Sarah Leong.
Due to COVID concerns, the family has decided to forego a traditional funeral service but plans to hold a memorial prayer service at a later date at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, where she was an active parishioner.
In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred.
