She was predeceased by: her father Frank Smith; her husband Walter Whitsett; her grandson Michael Whitsett; and her mother Lula O'Berry Smith. She is survived by: her children, Wanda Whitsett Reynolds of Lipscomb, Greta Whitsett of Houston, TX, Cheryl Boothe of Hoover and William Whitsett of Hoover; her brother Frank Smith of Montgomery; her aunt Nellie Whitsett Fox; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Timothy Boothe, Mitchell Wilkinson, Teresa Cowley and Madison Jones.
