She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hadaway and June Hadaway of Calera; and her niece Lindsay Lockhart of Birmingham. She is survived by: her son Tommy Baker; her siblings, Stacie Hadaway Humber (Michael) of Birmingham and Mark Hadaway (Corrine) of Des Moines; and her nephew Blake Lockhart (Natalie Odgers) of Birmingham. She is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Due to the COVID pandemic, a celebration of Amy's life will be determined at a later date.

In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to assist with Tommy.
