He is survived by: his wife Peggy Plemmons Faulk; his sons, Otis Eddie Faulk (Selena) and Christopher Calvin Stephens; his grandson Brody Allen Faulk; and his siblings, Hazel Mae Stephens, Charles Faulk (Faye), Margaret Penn and Marilyn Godwin (Ollie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
