Marvin Lester Lazarus Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Lester Lazarus of Homewood, Alabama, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Sonia Fay Rosen Lazarus; and his parents, Celia Levy Sherry and Edward Lazarus. He is survived by: his brother Hank Sherry; his children, Steve Lazarus (Sharon) and Nancy Denney (David); his grandchildren, Brad Denney (Ashley), Josh Denney (Annie), Jessica Carmon (Trey), Shannon Brasovan (Peter), Tracy Cash (Cameron) and Maryalice Bludsworth (Ben); and his stepgrandchildren, Lulu Ceraso (Mark), Lewis Raco (Jenny) and Tony Raco. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
