He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Ullrich and Arlene Kathryn Ring Ullrich. He is survived by: his wife Joanne E. Murphy-Ullrich; his children, Dana Ullrich (Dino Sarris) and Jack David Ullrich (Olivia Smith); his grandson Gus David Sarris; his in-laws, John and Lorraine Murphy; his brother-in-law Kevin Murphy (Lynne Zheutlin); his brother Brian Ullrich (Maripat); his nieces and nephews, Megan Murphy, Alison Murphy, Emily Ullrich, Seth Murphy and Christopher Ullrich; and his aunt Jean Reakes.
