He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cook; his children, Jimmy Lee Cook, Robbie Cook (Angie), Kenneth Cook (Rene), Karen Riggs and Ginger Combs (Kevin); and his sisters, Beth Lashlee, Carol Currie and Rosemary Ham (Randy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
