She was predeceased by: her father George T. Thompson; and her husband Thomas Brancefield. She is survived by: her mother Gladys Faye Thompson; her children, Ambrea Shumake and TJ Shumake of Fackler, AL; her adoptive parents, Bo Shumake and Cathy Shumake; her son Jordan Thompson of Hollywood; her grandparents, George and Faye Thompson; her siblings, Wanda Farrar of Manchester, TN, Sherry Roach of Stevenson, AL, Belinda Smotherman of Knoxville, TN, Richard and Brian Thompson of Hollywood, AL; and her grandson William Lincoln Thompson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
