It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Donald Allen of Hollywood, Alabama, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Tate Allen; his parents, William Oliver and Beatrice Forrestine Long Allen; and his siblings, John, Garrnet Allen and Lillie Greer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Day (Raymond) and Lucinda Brackeen (Jason); his grandchildren, Brittany Lolley (Kris), Sara Myrick, Jr., Myrick and Johnathan Myrick; his great grandchildren, Jamie Hughes, Emily Lolley, Jr. and Lolley; and his siblings, Carl Allen (Nancy), Dorothy Mullaley and Cathrine Patterson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
