She is survived by: her brothers, Roy Clayton Spears, Billy Fred Spears (Karen) and Jimmy Spears; her children, Ronnie Simmons, Sonya Campbell (Jimmy), Erica Hester (Mike), Joseph Miller (Debra) and Sarah Cook; and her grandchildren, Harli, Heather, Kohnner, Holden, Caleb, Trevor, John David, Wyatt, Shannon, Shawn, Matt, Nick, Brion, Arik, Mychelle Bell, Brianna, Stacee, Raeghan, Hannah, Jacob, Kylie and Addison. She is also survived by her family and friends.
