He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman O'Brien and Hattie Ramey Crow; and his siblings, Claud, Robert, Elton Crow, Rachel Halsey and Nina Sutton.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hale Crow; his siblings, Donald, Tommy Crow, Reva Byrd and Linda Freeman; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Crow, Sue Barnett and Sandra Allison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
