He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hipp and Bobbie Vanzandt Hipp. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Parrish Hipp; his children, Shannon, Joey, Oncie, Scottie Hipp, Summer Hipps and Amber Johnson (Adam); his sister Gina Marks; his mother-in-law Diane Parrish; his siblings-in-law, Tony Reese, Jimmy Reese, Jason Parrish and Tammie Jo Parrish; and his grandchildren, Jaden Hipp, Davis Hipp, Morgan Hipp, Anna Hipp, Michael Mitchell, Andrew Johnson and Brady Mitchell.
