He is survived by: his children, Sandy Powell (Candy) and Regina Smith (Randy); his siblings, Randall Powell, Eloise Richardson and Jan Sandlin; and his grandchildren, Felicia Grigsby, Heather Grigsby, Kody Smith, Tyler Keenum and Cody McCaul.
