She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Qualls and Elwy Scott Qualls; her son Glenn Eady; and her siblings, Donald Qualls of Eddie Qualls and Geraldine Qualls.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Eady, Peggy Lemon (Alan), Joyce Miller and Susan Finch (Doug); her siblings, Delmon Qualls (Vivion) and Linda Bolzle (Ray); her sister-in-law Becky Qualls; and her close friend Nellie Brown. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild.
