It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Compton (Holly Pond, Alabama), born in Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Thomas and Jewel Hudgins Kimbril; and her son B. J. Walker. She is survived by: her husband Noah "Skip" Compton, Jr.; and her siblings, Ricky Kimbril, Jean Tant and Judy Kirkland (Red). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
