He is survived by: his children, Suzette Robbins and Tyson McGriff (Samaria); his grandson Camden Robbins; his siblings, Kennith McGriff, Ronnie McGriff (Brenda), Byron McGriff (Debbie) and Charlotte Denney (Mike); his sister-in-law Judy McGriff; his stepdaughters, Jessica Loegler and CeCe Howell; and his aunts, Elna Barnett and Carol White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holly Pond Funeral Home (161 Brooklyn Rd, Holly Pond, AL 35083). The lying in state was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at the New Hope #2 Baptist Church Cemetery (2290 Co Rd 1682, Holly Pond, AL 35083).
