He is survived by: his mother Debra Phillips Thomas; his daughter Ava Thomas; his friend Tara Thomas; his brother Jed Thomas; his friends, Randy, Amy Dunn, Heath, BreAnn Allbright and John Mark Vandiver; and his nieces and nephews, Ty, Tucker, Clara, Cade and Lily. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
