She is survived by: her husband Wendell Sams; her children, Eric Steven Sams (Pam Casteel), Christy Dawn Martinez and Angela Marchman (James); her siblings, Henry Nelson Michael Jr., Glenn Richard Wilson and Jewell Dean Thompson; her grandchildren, Shelby Martinez, Brooke Marchman and Jacob Marchman; and her great grandchild Bentley Martinez. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
