It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Louise Horton of Holly Pond, Alabama, who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman King and Irene Pearl Harris Jones; her husband J. C. Horton; and her sons, Timothy Horton, Randal Wayne Horton and Chris Anthony Horton.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Horton Shutt (David); and her grandchildren, David Shutt, Ashley Shutt, Shane Horton (Brittany), Josh Horton (Lindsey), Nikki Horton and Matthew Horton. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
