It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Pruett (Holly Pond, Alabama), born in Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on July 20, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lonnie and Nancy Ann Miller Pitts; and her siblings, Douglas Fred Pitts, Bernard Pitts, Edward Pitts, Ivalee Olinger and Doris Pitts.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Pruett, Teresa Fortner (Ronald) and Tressie Pruett; her brother Earlis Pitts (Robbie); her grandson Christopher Ditto; and her great grandchild Eli Ditto.
