She is survived by: her husband Steve Turney; her daughters, Glenda Wilson (Troy) and Crystal Turney (Rachel); her stepson Steven Lee Turney; her grandchildren, Lesli Cupp (Mitchell), Khloe Wilson, McKenna Turney and C. J. Hosey; her great grandchildren, Haylee Cupp, Lexi Cupp and Colton Cupp; her mother Opal Twilley; and her siblings, Allen Twilley and Bonnie Twilley.
