He is survived by: his parents, Amanda Rodgers Ford (Chuck McDonald) and David Leon Ford; his grandfather Donald Rodgers (Violene Kelley); his siblings, Heath Ford, Shayla Ford, Karli Marler (Derek Robertson) and Camrin Otto Canaday; his girlfriend Kinsley Skinner; his aunts and uncles, Tony Ford (Myra), Brad Ford (Lindsay), Kerry Canaday (Bryan), Rhonda Kretschmar (Fionna), Cynthia Wood and Teresa Cobbs; and his cousins, Kevin Giadrosich, Serra Giadrosich, Camerin Otto Canaday, Reda Kretschmar, Lauren Breshears (Matthew), Lindsey Wood, Leah Wood, Dusty Cobbs, Ashley Cobbs, Alex Ford, Mitch Ford (Katie), Logan Ford, Lucas Ford and Maddie Ford. He is also survived by his siblings and cousin that was unbreakable, and he will be missed by his friends.
