He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmers Neal and Malinda Neal (Yates); and his brother J. B. Neal (Dorothy). He is survived by: his wife Eula Mae Neal (Gray) of Blountsville; his siblings, Marie Neal (Alvin) and Wayne Neal (Gail); his sons, Donny Neal (Leigh), Mike Neal (Rhonda), David Neal (Nina) and Mark Neal (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brian Neal, Kyle Neal, John Cornelius, Sarah Cornelius, Lauren Neal Pendley, Bekah Neal Stephens, D. J. Neal and J. W. Neal; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan Cornelius, Molly Neal, Owen Neal, Eliza Gray Neal, Scarlett Neal, Ryker Neal, Scout Neal, Beau Stephens, Abigail Neal and Benjamin Stephens.
