He is survived by: his children, Tammy Robertson (Doug), Chuck Jones (Stacey), Paul Reed (Kristi) and April Barnes; his grandchildren, Morgan Miller (Ryan), Corey Taurian, Jessica Hannah (Beau Duke), Emily Jones (Corey Lacey), Chance Ford, Charley Jones, Jacklyn Reed and Keisha Chapman; his great grandchildren, Arlee Harbin, Taegan Hannah, Merrick Miller, Landry Lacey and Tenley Hannah; his siblings, Carolyn Mobley, Ronald Reed (Nancy), Joel Reed (Gladys), Loyd Reed and Timothy Reed (Linda); and his close friend Jim McDougal. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hokes Bluff 1st United Methodist Church.
