He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bullington and Vella Bullington; and his siblings, Jo Anne Fry, Ruth Hurd and Donald Ray Bullington.
He is survived by: his children, Tammie Kopecky (Carl) and Tim Bullington (Jamie); the mother of his children Janice Agan; his grandchildren, Kaci Thrower (Timothy), Tristan, Hayden and Crimson Bullington; his great grandchild Charlibel Thrower; and his siblings, Joyce Bowling (Danny) and Marcus Bullington (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
