He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Matyas and James Curtis Raines; and his brother James Randy Raines. He is survived by: his brother Paul Elliott; his wife Annette Raines; his stepchildren, Bradley Hall (Lauren), Brian Hall (Lisa) and Amity Hall; his stepgrandson Micah Hall; and his brothers, Mike (Mary) and Bill Hubbard (Shirley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
