He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Lee and Sandra Mae Pentecost Lee; and his brothers, Timothy "Tim" Cabot Lee and Gregory "Greg" Brent Lee. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kelli; his daughter Morgan "Mitchi" Childs; his brother Scott Edward Lee (Karen); his nieces, Jessika Lee Miller (Justin), Savannah Lee Wallace (Spencer), Bella Rae Lee and Anna Mae Lee; his great-niece Lee Caroline Miller; and his great-nephew James William Wallace.
In lieu of flowers the Family requests that donations be made to the Alabama Head Injury Foundation.
