She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Lankford and Zora Allred Lankford; her husband Ossie Lee Smith; her grandson Daniel Smith; and her brothers, Junior Lankford, Bobby Lankford and Johnny Lankford.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Smith (Pam), Richard Smith (Kathy) and Johnna Blair; her grandchildren, Janene Smith, Martin Smith, Sean Smith, Brittany Higgins, Madison Harris (Zach), Trent Blair (Autie), Carolyn Blair, Allison Austin (Heath) and Savannah Walraven; her great grandchildren, Easton Prater, Ossie Austin, Tripp Harris, Emma Claire Higgins, Jack Blair, Hunter, Dawson and Maeleigh Towe; and also, Junior, Amy Towe and Johnnie Beck (Buddy).
