He was predeceased by: his parents, Jodie Evans and Josephine Evans; and his sister Diane Evans Forman. He is survived by: his son Joey Evans; his grandchildren, Justin (Melissa) and Morgan Evans; and his sisters, Priscilla Yother (Jeff) and Cathy Henry (Al). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and cousins.
