He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin H. and Suzie Sims Heath. He is survived by: his daughter Sharlene Heath Cloud; his niece Jackie Reed; his friends, Chuck Jones, Paul Reed, Monty Austin, Heath Austin, Michael Heath, David Patterson, Jamie Ray, Eric Heath and Ed Culpepper; and also Ed Culpepper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
