He was predeceased by: his parents, George Laney and Elizabeth Payne Laney; and his siblings, Mike Laney, Ronnie Laney, Donnie Laney, Gary Laney, Barbara Shaw and Linda Meadows.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Lee Tucker; his children, Tim Hunt (Randi), Mark Hunt and Sandy Lowe; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Wagnon, Ty Hunt (Holly), Taylor Lowe and Shaley Austin (Riley).
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Laney Cemetery.
