He is survived by: his children, Gene Garrison Mayhall III (Lisa) of Oklahoma and Britt Mayhall Hawks (Scott); the mother of his children Joan Langdale Mayhall Sims; his grandchildren, Raegan, Anna, Reese, Katie, Ashleigh Hawks, Kimberlee and Karla; his brothers, Dugan Mayhall (Mary), Scott Mayhall (Donna), Tom Mayhall (Ruthie), Johnny Mayhall (Kristy) and Pat Mayhall (Sharon); and his uncle Joe Mayhall (Katy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
