She was predeceased by: her son Ricky Jones; her great grandchild Kerry Dan Jones; and her parents, Earl McElwee and Sarah McElwee. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Tubbs-Ludlow of Piedmont and Lynn Turner (Dennis) of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Michelle Drake, Anthony Tubbs, Matt Jones, Christopher Jones, Stephen Turner and Eric Turner; and her siblings, Glenda Naugher (Wayne) of Piedmont and Dan McElwee of Auburn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
