He is survived by: his children, Bart Collins (Missy), Panette Phillips (Gary), Misty Nance (David) and Lacy Pruitt (Jason); his grandchildren, Lauren Hayes (Devin), Storm Collins, Maitland Blackwell (Jacob), Slade Phillips, Zane Phillips, Kassidy Nance, Whitney Nance and Ashton Pruitt; his great grandchildren, Zane Hayes, Hadley Collins, Carter Ingraham, Blayde Staton, Elias Blackwell and Boone Blackwell; his sisters, Alma Alford, Minnie Pearson, Helen Payne, Nelda Basenberg (Bobby) and Donna Preston (Johnny); his children, Jason Pruitt and Annette Pike; his friend Pat McMahan; and also Eric Murray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
