He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Drewnetta Butler; his parents, Nora Butler and Mason Butler; and his siblings, Dean DeBerry, Betty Bobbitt and Wayne Butler.
He is survived by: his children, Donnetta Ogle (Jamie) and April Butler; his grandchildren, Dakota Ogle, Trent Ogle and Kira Ogle; his sisters, Maxie Johnson and Saundra Carnes; and his sister-in-law Geneva Butler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family request no flowers, donations may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
