He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Cushen and Margie Cushen; his son Kenneth Cushen; and his siblings, Linda Roe and Larry Cushen.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Cushen; and his children, Jonathan Cushen (Ashton), Jay Cushen, Amanda Cushen, Julie Rider and Jessica Beard (Jonathan). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
