He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Otwell and Frances Otwell; and his sister Darlene Whitt. He is survived by: his wife Gina Junkins Otwell; his children, Dustin Blake Otwell (Emily), Jamie Lynn Otwell, Daryl Blaine Otwell (Abbie) and Daniel Brett Otwell (Beth); his grandchildren, Kelsee Alexis, Dylan Blake and Bae Bae Otwell; his sisters, Pam Lumpkin and Renee Park; and his close friends, Greg Roberts, Mayor Scott Reeves, Kyler Robertson, Rob Anderson, Tony, Kathy Armstrong, Jojo, Beth Cothran and Doug Barton.
