He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Duckworth; his grandchildren, Felicia Duckworth and Joshua Duckworth; his great grandchildren, Raleigh Duckworth, Kylie Duckworth and Grant Duckworth; and his siblings, Bobby Kiser, Harvey Kiser, Katie Bolding, Lydia Hubble and Mirtie Higdon.
