Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Brenda Stephens of Hokes Bluff, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 70, on September 18, 2024. She was predeceased by: her former husband Otis Dee Nolen; her mother EmmaJean Pena (Flannigan); and her brother Samuel Giles. She is survived by: her husband Nathan Stephens; her children, Christopher D. Nolen (Sharon), Jennifer J. Huskey (Allen) and Alexandria Stephens; her sisters, Kathy Giles and Frances Thomas (Shorty); and her grandchildren, Jessica Nolen, Austin Huskey, Angela Huskey, Sara Grace Nolen (Gracie), Kendra A. Brown, Savanah Nolen and Jeremiah Nolen. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Hokes Bluff Funeral Home (1901 Piedmont Cutoff, Gadsden, AL 35905). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
