It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthleen McDowell (Hokes Bluff, Alabama), who passed away on September 21, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Hattie Bell Claborn; and her siblings, Ray Claborn and Martha Martin. She is survived by: her children, Linda Williams (Tom), Tom McDowell (Kellye), Jim McDowell and Joe McDowell; and her grandchildren, Brian Williams, Stephen Williams, Sydney McDowell, Michael McDowell, Kristy Pierce and Jacob Jones.
