He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Boyett and Vina Boyett; his siblings, Hebron Boyett, Jean Eitson and Dorothy May Boyett; and his daughter Pam Boyett Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Woodard Boyett; his children, Karen Hitt (John), Beth Bracken (Chris), Carla Bowling (Joey) and Michael Boyett (Angie); and his siblings, Donald Lee Boyett (Marti) and Omaree Grigsby. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the building fund of Mount View Baptist Church, 6301 County Road 434, Trinity, Alabama 35673.
