He was predeceased by: his father Mike Blankenship; his grandmother Jones Lanier; and his sister Marie Stenson. He is survived by: his wife Glendora M. Lanier; his sons, Rickey Lanier (Denise) and Keith Lanier (Stephanie); his siblings, Oakley Lanier and Janice Goodwin; and his stepdaughters, Noelle Dutton (Jamie), Andrea Parker (Brian) and Nadra Harris (Dale). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 7 step-great grandchildren.
