It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophia Green-Bolden (Hillsboro, Alabama), who passed away on July 23, 2018, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ernest Lee Shackelford; her stepchild Courtney Henderson; and her brother Walter L. Shackelford. She is survived by: her husband Paul L. Bolden; her children, Brittney S. Green and Quentin T.; her stepchildren, Andreta N. Green, Andrea Stovall (Fredrick), Shenna Matthews, Ashley Henderson, Siera Muhammad, Nickholas Kennedy and Cortez Randolph; her siblings, Lee Cortez (Catherine), Lisa D. Shackelford and Cory Cordell Shackelford (Latasha); her sister-in-law Machelle Shackelford; her nieces, Jessica, Phoenicia, Bianca, Janiya and Madyson; and also Plezella Foster Shackelford. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
