He is survived by: his mother Linda Smith (Tina Smith); his sons, Christopher Smith and Cody Smith; his stepsons, Kevin McAdams and Ryan McAdams (Hannah); his brothers, Mitch Smith, Wesley Smith and Keith Smith; and his grandchildren, Maddie McAdams and Zadrian Davis.
