He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Lanier and Nan Jean Jones Lanier. He is survived by: his wife Denise Bazzell Lanier; his children, Dusty Lanier, Amanda Elkins (Dan) and Nikki Dutton (Josh); and his brother Keith Lanier (Stephanie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
