It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Kelley Sr. of Hillsboro, Alabama, born in Anniston, Alabama, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arnelle Kelley and Mary Edd Kelley (Grissom); his sister Angela Hammond; and his brother-in-law Wayne Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Jill Terry Kelley; his children, James E. "Jimmy" Kelley, Jr. and Mary Kelley Rivers (Hunter); his nephew Arthur Hammond (Michelle); and his niece Brooke Boggess Thedford (Barry). He is also survived by other nephews, nieces, and in-laws.
