He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenneth Allen and Gary W. Allen. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Allen; his sons, Michael Allen (Ana) and Jeffrey Allen (Tammy); his grandchildren, Winston Allen, Jaxon Allen, Lillee Allen and Hannah Allen; his great grandchildren, Ford Allen and River Jane Allen; and his siblings, Cecil Allen, Quintin "Jack" Allen and Rachel P. Cantrell.
