He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pugh; his children, Michael Jackson (Lisa), Scott Jackson (Martina), Anthony Pugh (Amanda), Candace Staggs (Wayne) and Alyssa Pugh; and his siblings, Tony Pugh and Linda Kerby.
