He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellum Maddox and Bertha Sasser Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Collier Maddox; his daughters, Jennifer Brown (Danny) and Sandra Lowery; his granddaughters, Tonya Lowery and Kristin Clark (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Hunter Lowery, Brantley Taylor and Henleigh Clark; his brother-in-law Charlie Collier; and his nephew Terry Wayne Hudson.
